SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Policy:

 

When completing your order via our website, etc., you hereby agree to the following terms:

​

Most products and equipment are valid for return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, your order is outside our return policy date and you are no longer eligible for a return or refund.  We cannot guarantee reimbursement if the products are not received back to our facility within 30-days from the purchase date.

  • 1.) All equipment returns are assessed a 25% restocking fee regardless if unused as we are unable to sell as new one once it leaves our warehouse.

  • 2.) Customers are required to pay all shipping fees for returning products and equipment depending on the situation. Customer will provide or purchase their own shipping label.

  • 3.) All open containers of Sunless Solutions & Products are non-returnable or refundable. To be eligible for a replacement or refund: Bottles must contain a protective seal on the top of the bottle without tampering of any sort.  Bottles & Labels must be undamaged and in good, unused condition.

  • ​ 4.) Temperature control is vital to the life of the solutions and we have no way of knowing how the product is stored once it leaves our warehouse. We strive to sometimes bag and tape solutions so they do not leak during shipping. If your solution has leaked during shipping, the solution in the bottle is still good & usable which is why we overfill them so there is no loss. We may credit the amount of solution lost but we will not re-ship a full container unless the entire container is fully damaged.   • 5.) To be eligible for an replacement or refund: We must receive the tracking number once you mail it back, must be be able to look up your name on our database orders, and email us a picture of what is wrong with the product/equipment before we send out the replacement. If a customer chooses to do an exchange; a refund or return is not available after the exchange.

We offer sample sizes to test before ordering larger quantities. Therefore, solution purchases cannot be returned for performance issues. We recommend you sample the product line before ordering larger professional sizes.

Shipping Policy: 


Shipping Time - Once we receive orders, they are processed and shipped within 48 hours or less Monday - Friday. Keep in mind that depending on where you are located, it may take up to a week. Shipping to a different location may delay shipping until verified. All addresses go directly to the shipper from the computer the exact way that it is typed on the original order. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Please place apartment numbers, units, suites, on the second line so that it is clear where the product needs to go.

Orders are shipped via USPS, priority mail which is the less expensive for you. We do not currently have an expedited shipping option. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or closed holidays and will ship the next business day. However, transit time is not guaranteed and Paradise Sunless & Beauty is not responsible for any delays on part of USPS so please order your products in advance. The cost of shipping and handling will be shown on your order receipt.  We will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays of any kind in delivery due to events beyond control, including carrier issues, carrier labor shortages, transportation failure, or bad weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We unfortunately do not refund or reship for lost or stolen packages. All packages shipped are insured. Please contact the delivery/shipping company for further information or to file an insurance claim. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

For additional insurance on larger orders please contact us by sending an email to paradisesunlessandbeauty@gmail.com right after you place your order and we will add insurance to your shipment.

International Orders. Customers are responsible for the payment of all customs fees and international surcharges related to the order and for any returns and exchanges. Paradise Sunless & Beauty has no control when your order arrives at customs and border patrol, therefore should your shipment be rejected or delayed by customs or border patrol, Paradise Sunless & Beauty shall be held harmless and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees. At the moment, we only ship in the US.
